Stars trade Shore for Cogliano
News: Devin Shore is off to Anaheim, welcome to Dallas Andrew Cogliano!

Jim Nill made a big move in trading for Andrew Cogliano, Shore has been fantastic for the Stars and it is sad to see him go, the major difference between Shore and Cogliano is playoff experience and leadership. Cogliano has won five division championships with the Ducks and helped them to make the playoffs for six straight seasons. Andrew & the Ducks have been to the Western Conference finals twice in the last 4 years, the Stars can lead on the experience and leadership on the playoff run and into the playoffs themselves.
The Iron Man
Andrew has a reputation in the NHL, he does not miss games, the only two games he has missed have been due to a suspension, previous to that suspension he played over 800 games without missing a single game, something the Stars will enjoy after so many injuries to start the season.
Cogliano is a veteran that can play anywhere and kill penalties, he will be a big part of the bottom 6 for Dallas, sad to see Devin go, but excited to see what Cogliano can bring, overall a good move for the Stars and best of luck to Devin in Anaheim.
