The Stars come out physical and ready to play after their longest break during the playoffs so far, it was wonderful to watch!

We have gotten a little used to seeing the Stars fall behind early in games, and unfortunately most of the time it has been due to them looking like they haven’t even turned up. Luckily, we have learnt how to come back after falling by 1, 2 or even 3 goals. However, game 4 was a different story, the Stars broke out and took and demanding 3-0 lead in the first.

Trying to understand what the referees are going to call during this series is anyone’s guess, there have been some big calls on both sides missed or not called along with calls being made that are usually allowed, ultimately the Stars ended up down 2 men at the end of the 2nd and Colorado made it back to within 1 to finish the 2nd, however, the Stars killed of the remainder of the penalty to start the 3rd and restored a 2 goal lead in quick fashion and ended up coming away with a 5-4 win to give them a 3-1 series lead.

Let’s win again tonight take the series and maybe finally the NHL commentators will finally stop taking about the Avs!
